The gutter system is often one of the aspects of home management that is least checked, but not having properly installed gutters can lead to serious structural damage. Professional installation guarantees that your gutter system is built to last.

Unlike skylights which can develop leaks with simple wear, or due to improper installation, Solatube lighting systems incorporate seamless flashing designs and one piece sealed installations which eliminate risks for water and debris puddles around the system.

Asphalt is a more traditional roofing material. Roofers start with a base of polyester or fiberglass felt, then apply coats of asphalt and gravel and glazing. Because it produces a multilayer approach, this method is known as a built-up roof.

Like any other construction activity, the task of hanging gutters is something that requires a lot of careful work. Measuring, cutting, creating corners, fitting end caps, attaching downspouts and making sure that everything fits right isn't easy, so professional work is recommended.

There are basically two generic types of metal roofing systems used for residences: concealed fastener systems and exposed fastener systems. While exposed systems are generally more affordable, concealed systems are more aesthetically appealing.

People typically do not give gutters the credit they deserve. Most do not even think about them until they notice damage. Some older homes use outdated materials for gutters that can rust. Replacing them before they give out is wise.

When it comes to Solatube technology, the daylight capturing dome lens helps ensure that the best possible light is directed into the tube and into your home. For instance, overpowering midday sunlight is rejected, while low-angle sunlight is redirected.

It’s important to remember that you don’t always have to climb up on the roof to discover damage to it. If your home is experiencing a significant amount of water leaks that aren’t coming from the pipes, odds are good that it’s a roofing issue.

Gutters tell a story. Examine them periodically & check and see if things are growing from your gutter. If so, time for a cleaning and maybe a gutter and roof inspection.

I cannot recommend a better company than AAA Roofing! Disaster struck Thursday night in the form of extremely high winds, rain, and a small twister which literally lifted the roof off my 640sf shop and deposited it in one piece in the yard beside it. We used AAA for the new roof on our house a couple years ago so we knew who to contact. One call to Elliott and he was here the next day. He did an evaluation & estimate Fri and called in the supply order. My daughter's boyfriend picked it up after work Fri afternoon. Elliott and his guys were here Sat morning and the job was done by early afternoon! They replaced the 1x4 strapping with higher grade 2x4 lumber, put water seal membrane under, and used the proper screw type 3½" fasteners instead of the regular 2½" smooth nails that were used originally. Fortunately they were able to reuse all the tin except 5-6 panels that were bent so that helped greatly. Elliott is the best! We could not have gotten better, or faster, service anywhere e...

AAA Roofing did an outstanding job on my metal roof replacement. The roof was steep and the job was technically challenging. I interviewed several roofers, but Elliott came across with the most knowledge and best approach tackle the project. He helped me with the insurance quote and he and his crew's attention to detail were required to address unexpected issues as they arose in a timely manner. A quality job at a fair price. I could not be happier.
